Hi all , I am trying to understand the TCP implementation in the kernel and I am struck in the congestion handling part. I have read that when a situation of congestion occours the RED/ECN implementation decreases the CW and then delays the packet transmission by some random time. I have observed the code for the reduction in CW by CWR but couldn't get a sign of the delay part. I actually want to know where is the retransmit timer handler. I will be very greatful for any help. regards , Himanshu Sharma ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nothing is Absolute...You can modify it if you know how... 3rd Year Address-- Electrical Engg. #119 hostel-2 IIT Bombay iit-b India.
