Hello, I want to log messages to the file /var/log/messages for my module residing in the kernel using printk. For all the trace messages that I log to the above file I want to prefix the current system date and time. Example: 31/01/2001 08:45:25 | "My trace message using printk" What are the date/time functions in kernel ? Should I use the macro CURRENT_TIME defined in sched.h Thanks in advance, kind regards, Daniel Marian. ps : Kindly ignore the attachment.
