hi I am very new to programming but i want to learn
as much as i can
I am experiencing dll problems
and i also have had kernnel disrupted by some kind
of hacker codes causing me to reboot
are there any ways to eliminate rebooting and or
repairing kernnel upsets and dll problems using windows 98se???????
