Here is my question (simple, but puzzling for a newbie) :
I have installed a RedHat 7.1 as a vmware 2.04 guest system under
Windows 2000 AS.
Vmware is working fine, but I have problems running a new kernel. As
soon as I power on the virtual machine, Windows displays an error
message (Application tried to access adress ...0010) and shuts down
vmware.
I guess I did not choose well some of the basic options in the
kernel, but I cannot figure out what and I would be thankful if someone
could give me a hint.
