Thank you for your valuable thoughts. I am not sure however that the default bust limit is the cause here, for two reasons:
the outcome is the same with: limit rate over 44/day limit rate over 300/dayand should not be however. The other reason is that it should be the same outcome with limit rate over X/minute but it is not.
