Disclaimer: I'm the current firewalld maintainer. firewall-config is the firewalld GUI. It ships in a few distros by default [1]. It's also available to install in many distributions. It supports both iptables and nftables as firewall backends. The current GUI is a bit dated. An alternatively is to use cockpit [2]. It provides basic functionality, but is often enough for simple use cases. The biggest negative of firewalld is it does not fully support output or forward filtering.
