Registration in bugtracker not working

Hi,
registration in bugtracker netfilter.org is not working, because
registration e-mail with  confirmation link not sending (tested with
public email server and private).
Also, wiki.netfilter.org  contains info that nftables support NETMAP,
but there is no way to configure nat action to work like iptables
NETMAP action .
