Works for me with nft from git:

# nft list ruleset
table ip test {
        map group_12058 {
                type ipv4_addr : classid
                flags interval
                elements = { 10.13.25.32/29 : 1:b8a1 }
        }
}
# nft delete element test group_12058 { 10.13.25.32/29 }
# nft list ruleset
table ip test {
        map group_12058 {
                type ipv4_addr : classid
                flags interval
        }
}
