Fwd: Performance issue with iptables and nf-accounting

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

I have a customized target while inserting iptables rules. The
iptables target module modifies some part of the packet and routes the
packet to the destination.
With this setup, when I enable the netfilter-accounting, I am not able
to reach the performance numbers that I used to get before (enabling
nf-accounting).

Has someone faced a similar problem where in the performance of
iptables slows down when the nf-acct is enabled?

Thanks,
Sourabh
