Where underneath a bunch of layers the skb is allocated with kmalloc like:

size = PAGE_ALIGN (size + CACHE_LINE_SIZE);
order = get_order (size);
page = alloc_pages (GFP_KERNEL, order);

How does it initialize the netdev struct?
