[ANNOUNCE]: Netfilter Workshop 2008

= Overview =

Following the lastest successful workshop in Karlsruhe, Germany,
in October 2007. We are happy to announce the next edition in the
workshop series. This year the event will be hosted in Paris, France
from September 29th to October 3rd, 2008. For more information, please
visit the official website of the workshop [1].

= Attendance =

The attendance of the developer workshop is free but requires an
invitation. You may consider attending if you are involved in any
aspect of the Netfilter development. Please, send us an email to
coreteam@xxxxxxxxxxxxx before July 7th, 2008 (strict deadline).
We have a very limited number of invitations!

The user days are open for everyone and don't require an invitation.

= Call for Participants =

Are you involved in any awesome third party Netfilter related project?
If your answer is yes then you have a chance to come and show us your
project during the workshop days.

In case that you are interested, please send us an abstract before
July 7th, 2008 (strict deadline) to coreteam@xxxxxxxxxxxxx in latex,
docbook or odt format. The abstract must have 1000 words maximum
provinding an introduction, targets, solution proposed and experimental
results if any. You must also provide the source code under a
GPL-compatible free software license. The source code requirement is
mandatory.

The program committee will select two candidates from all applications
received whose travel and accomodation expenses will be funded by our
sponsors.
