iptables time module on postRouting chain

Hello

I've setup my as server as  QoS  bridge
I would like to use iptables time module

Unfortunatly this module doesn't works on postRouting
Where can I download a patch for this ?

I use a 2.6.18 kernel + iptables 1.3.6
