Block limewire / gnutella

I am presuming that I can not block gnutella applications such as
limewire with the â??out-of-boxâ?? iptables and that I will need to use
the ipp2p patch.  Are there any gotchaâ??s (or helpful hints) if I were
to do this?

I am running iptables 1.2.11 on Ubuntu Hoary 5.04.
