Implementing Strong ES Model

Hello All!

 

    I'm trying to get Red Hat EL 4 to exhibit strong end system behavior
and it was suggested that this could be done via iptables.  Other *IX
operating systems have parameters such as ip_strong_es_model that can be
set to enable this behavior.  Is this doable using iptables?
