pfil not configured for firewall/NAT operation

hi all

	I just install the ip filter & pfil with pfil-2.1.4.pkg and ip_fil4.1.3-sol8.pkg，when I do "/etc/init.d/ipfboot start" on my solaris 8 for spac, it relies "pfil not configured for firewall/NAT operation", What should I do now?
