Tunelling connections inside a SOCKS session

I need to tunnel some connections inside a SOCKS 4/5 session to allow my 
socks server to handle and filter the client connections. Is there 
anyway for doing that?
I was thinking in writing a application that uses the libipq API but I'm 
not sure if it's the correct way for doing that.
Anyone can give-me a help?
