insmod: can't read 'ip_queue

I am running Fedora Core 2, kernel 2.6.10-1.9_FC2smp.

I am getting the following message: "insmod: can't read 'ip_queue': No such file or directory" Does anyone who what might be causing this?

Also:

If I have built iptables-1.2.11, do I need to run the POM?
