Compiling ROUTE-patch

Hi,

I have some Problems compiling the ROUTE patch.
Well compiling itselve works fine, but when I try to make modules_install I get the error:

Unresolved Symbol ip_route_output

I tried to patch an debian-Kernel 2.4.26
Has anybody else tried to add this patch?
