what's up with the ip_masq_ipsec in Kernel 2.4

I have a Redhat with Kernel 2.4 and I don't found the ip_masq_ipsec
module, somebody know what happen with this module in the kernel 2.4, in
the kernel 2.2 it'was included
 Somebody Know what happen, where is it ?
