This seems more like a RedHat question than a netfilter question?

How to get the package installed is distribution-specific (unless you just rip 
everything out and compile from source, but I don't think that's what you're 
asking?).

Maybe someone here knows the answer to your question, but you might be better 
off asking on an RH AS list, I think.
