You can't, there's no "ipchains -L -m" equivalent for Netfilter. You can
have a direct look at the conntrack table :

	cat /proc/net/ip_conntrack

You can also use netstat-nat tool that is available at :

	http://tweegy.demon.nl/projects/netstat-nat/index.html
