	I agree that the info is thin, but that *sounds like* a 
	probelm with tcp-ecn .... 
	
	cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn 
	if its > 0
	then
	echo "0" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn
