Subject: visualization of nat table's state

Does anyone one of you know a way to print (i mean read) the state of the
NAT table at any time of the process ?
I'm not talking of the NAT rules, but the addresses and/or ports
associations made by the masquerading process.

thanks for any help!
Dimo
