Hi, Aaron,

"bin_PROGRAMS = netperf netserver" in src/Makefile.am
of netperf source code will ensure both will be compiled and
installed, unless someone deletes "netserver" from the
source code.

Other kselftest like netfilter/nft_concat_range.sh also assumes
netserver exists if netperf command is installed.
