[PATCH net 3/6] netfilter: nft_last: avoid possible false sharing

Use the idiom described in:

https://github.com/google/ktsan/wiki/READ_ONCE-and-WRITE_ONCE#it-may-improve-performance

Moreover, prevent a compiler optimization.
