Ooxh! ~/.gitconfig:

	[diff]                                                                                                                  
        	algorithm = histogram
		noprefix = true

diff.noprefix has an effect on `git diff`, but not `git add -p`,
but then again does on `git send-email`.
That's real intuitive. Not. :-/
