Hello, I'm new to the Netfilter community and I'm trying to get started with contributing to the nftables project for which I've browsed through the bugzilla issues. A few of the issues which I want to work upon seem to be somewhat old. To start with, I want to learn about the status of this https://bugzilla.netfilter.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1204 issue in particular. In case this is a suitable issue for a newcomer to start contributing to I'd like to discuss about the preferred approaches with the community. Alternatively, If there is any other domain which is currently being worked upon by the community and has issues to be fixed I'd be glad to take them up to familiarize myself with the codebase. (I'm well versed with C and the Linux kernel and its network stack as well.) Looking forward to hearing from the developers and getting started with contributing to this project.
