There are also many territories which do not observe DST (at all, or anymore).
In fact it seems that a great majority of the world's population doesn't;
No DST in China, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Russia,
Japan, which are 8 out of top 10 most populous countries [1]
