Its not needed but its a good idea.
No point in autoselecting NF_SOCKET_IPV6 in case there is no ipv6
nftables support.

Its not a dependency problem (linker error fix) afaics.
We'll just autoselect a backend that has no real use due to lack of ipv6
nftables.
