Both values are same (C5740401AA451FE13008D58).
As a workaround, I am now adding
0.0.0.0/1,eth0
and
128.0.0.0/1,eth0
to the ipset.
And this works fine for my requirement.
But for sure, for 0.0.0.0/0 there is still some bug.
