[PATCH 07/12] net: Remove CONFIG_NETFILTER_DEBUG and _ASSERT() macros.

This patch removes CONFIG_NETFILTER_DEBUG and _ASSERT() macros as they
are no longer required. Replace _ASSERT() macros with WARN_ON().
