By the way, there is another issue. You are calling `modinfo` when make
install, but you are not passing -b ${DESTDIR}, so it, too, fails
inside chroot buildroots. (because /lib/modules/V/kernel is empty;
ipset is in $DESTDIR/lib/modules/V/...)
