[PATCH] netfilter: Remove the duplicated word "see" in the comment when set the IPS_ASSURED_BIT in tcp_packet

Hi Pablo,

There is one duplicated word "see" in the comment when set the
IPS_ASSURED_BIT in tcp_packet.

The attachment is the patch file.

The following is the change.
