Since
iptables: use autoconf to process .in man pages
the file "iptables-extensions.8.tmpl" is generated from
"iptables-extensions.8.tmpl.in" and is consequently no
longer found in ${srcdir} but in the build directory.
(Becomes visible with builddir != srcdir)
