NASA has selected COLSA Corporation of Huntsville, Alabama to provide a broad range of support to the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC). The contract includes support for financial management, human resources, procurement, and other services the NSSC provides.

The NASA Transformational Shared Services Contract is a single award, firm-fixed price contract with indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity. The potential value of the contract is $400 million. It includes a fixed-unit price transactional service component and a fixed-price level of effort component. Special project task orders can be awarded as firm-fixed price completion basis or firm-fixed price level of effort basis.

The contract period of performance consists of an initial phase-in period beginning Aug. 2, and ending Sept. 30, a two-year base period, a two-year option period, a one-year option period, three one-year award term option periods, and a six-month extension. If all options are exercised, the full period of performance will extend to March 31, 2032.
