NASA Awards Systems Engineering Advanced Services II Contract

NASA has awarded the Systems Engineering Advanced Services (SEAS) II contract to McCallie Associates, Inc., of Bellevue, Nebraska.

The 8(a) small business set-aside, cost-plus-fixed fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a minimum ordering value of $5 million and a maximum ordering value of $298 million. This contract also includes a unilateral upward adjustment capability of 30% for programmatic uncertainties, for a total potential maximum ordering value of $387.1 million. 

This contract has a five-year period of performance which begins on the date of award and includes a 60-day phase-in period. Individual efforts may extend beyond five years.

The contractor will provide mission and instrument systems engineering services to the Mission Engineering & Systems Analysis Division and related Applied Engineering and Technology Directorate organizations at NASA. The contractor will also provide mission and instrument systems engineering services as well as guidance, navigation, and control systems, which include guidance, navigation and control systems engineering and attitude control systems analysis and algorithm/software development.

The work will be performed at the contractor’s facility, as well as at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia, and other agency locations as necessary.
