NASA Awards Environmental Compliance, Operations Contract

NASA has selected Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc., of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, for the Environmental Compliance and Operations 3 (ECO3) contract, which provides environmental restoration program services and other support at the agency’s White Sands Test Facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

The single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed fee contract value is $80 million. The contract period of performance begins June 1 and runs through May 31, 2028.

NASA requires environmental compliance, restoration, and sustainability services and programs at White Sands, which is managed by NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston.

Under the contract, Navarro Research and Engineering is expected to provide environmental restoration program services, multimedia environmental compliance services, sustainability program services, and general environmental operational support including overall program management.
