NASA Extends Goddard Logistics, Technical Services Contract

NASA has awarded a modification to extend the period of performance of the Goddard Logistics and Technical Information II (GLTI II) Services Contract with TRAX International Corporation of Las Vegas.

The GLTI contract II is cost-plus, fixed-fee with technical performance incentive fees. As a result of this six-month contract extension, with two three-month options, the contract value is increased by $56,888,646 for a total contract value of $418,673,120. If the options are exercised, the period of performance will be extended one year to Jan. 31, 2024.

Under this contract, TRAX will continue to provide logistics support, technical information management, and other services at agency centers including Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia, headquarters in Washington, and other locations.
