NASA Astronauts to Call Colorado Students from Space
Cadets and students from the U.S. Air Force Academy and the Jack Swigert Aerospace Academy Magnet School in Colorado will gather at 11:50 a.m. EDT Thursday, April 24, to speak live with astronauts currently aboard the International Space Station. The event, featuring NASA astronauts Rick Mastracchio and Steve Swanson, will be broadcast live on NASA Television and the agency's website. Educators have been preparing their students for the conversation with the crew by incorporating NASA activities in their classrooms.
