The modification increases the current NASA Shared Services Center support contract by more than $31 million and provides support through Aug. 31, 2015. The ESD and ESRS provide helpdesk services, and an Information Technology services ordering capability in support of the agency's IT Infrastructure Integration Program (I3P) strategy. The contract will be managed by the NASA Shared Services Center located near Bay St. Louis, Miss.
