CONTRACT RELEASE: C07-063

NASA AWARDS JOHNSON SPACE CENTER LOGISTICS OPERATIONS CONTRACT

HOUSTON - NASA has awarded a potential 10-year, $89.5 million contract
to L&M Technologies Inc. of Albuquerque, N.M., for logistics
operations services at the Johnson Space Center.

L&M Technologies Inc. will provide logistics services including supply
management, office furnishings, moving and hauling, space utilization
and move coordination, property management, redistribution and
utilization, packing and shipping, inbound freight services, vehicle
fleet management, and special support services. The services will be
primarily provided at Johnson, the Sonny Carter Training Facility and
Ellington Field.

The contract's three-year base period, valued at $24.4 million, begins
on March 1, 2008. Two one-year options could add about $17.4 million
to the cost-plus-award-fee/cost-plus-fixed fee contract total. Five
additional one-year award term options could add an additional $47.7
million. These options could extend the period of performance to a
total of 10 years.
