NASA Invites Media to 2022 Wernher von Braun Memorial Symposium

NASA is inviting media to the 15th annual Wernher von Braun Memorial Symposium on Wednesday, Oct. 26 to Friday, Oct. 28, at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. 

Among NASA participants are Deputy Administrator Pam Melroy and Marshall Space Flight Center Director Jody Singer.

This year’s symposium theme is “Space at the Table: Collaboration, Cooperation, and Inclusion.” Singer will deliver opening remarks on Wednesday, and Melroy will provide a luncheon keynote address that same day.

The conference will focus on lunar lander technology, space policy, NASA’s Artemis program, propulsion systems and exploration technologies. 

The American Astronautical Society will host the symposium, which features speakers and panelists from government, industry, and academia.
