	October 23, 2020  In Case You Missed It: A Weekly Summary of Top Content from NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center Week of Oct. 19-23   OSIRIS-REx TAGs Surface of Asteroid Bennu NASA has released a series of images captured during the OSIRIS-REx mission’s Touch-And-Go sample collection event Oct. 20. The images show OSIRIS REx's SamCam imager’s field of view as the spacecraft approaches and touches down on asteroid Bennu’s surface, over 200 million miles away from Earth.   SLS 'Green Run' Testing By the Numbers NASA continues to make progress toward the first launch of its Space Launch System rocket for the Artemis I mission around the Moon. Engineers at NASA’s Stennis Space Center near Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, are preparing for the last two tests of the eight-part SLS core stage Green Run test series.   Astronaut Chris Cassidy’s Scientific Journey aboard the Space Station NASA astronaut Chris Cassidy’s 195-day mission as Expedition 63 Commander of the International Space Station was filled with milestones for space exploration as well as numerous science experiments helping benefit life on Earth. With Cassidy’s space journey now complete, take a look at the science he enabled during his research-filled stay in microgravity aboard the world-class laboratory in low-Earth orbit.   NASA Researchers Help Analyze a Historically Powerful, Costly Storm A powerful, fast-moving line of thunderstorms, known as a derecho, blasted across Iowa on Aug. 10. The derecho did catastrophic damage to corn and soybean crops, caused widespread utility and property damage, and resulted in fatalities. To help officials in Iowa better understand the scale and scope of the disaster, a team of NASA researchers analyzed the storm using data and imagery from multiple Earth-observing satellites and weather radars on the ground.   Africa Flores: A ‘Breakthrough Scientist’ In the new documentary, "The Lake Sentinel," SERVIR’s Africa Flores shares her work bringing together satellite imagery and research on the ground to preserve Guatemala's Lake Atitlán.
