The data, collected through a package of sensors called the Auxillary Payload Subsystem, records stats on temperature, wind and air pressure making the tool geeky fun for meterologists while offering everyone who uses it a chance to be transported to another planet.   New NASA Book Shares Beauty of Earth from Space Swirling white clouds, deep blue oceans and multicolored landscapes bring to life the pages of NASA’s new 168-page book “Earth,” a collection of dramatic images captured by Earth-observing satellites. The book is available now in hardcover and ebook, and online with interactive features.   What’s a supermoon? Next Chance to View on March 19 The second supermoon of 2019 happened Feb. 19. The third of 2019 will happen March 19. But what’s a supermoon? We asked NASA astronomer Mitzi Adams what’s really going on here. Here’s her answer!
