I'm pretty sure that it should build on Linux. Libdvdnav works.

Developers usually have a message to shoot them a bug report if it doesn't
build with
--enable-gui at the end ./configure. That's the only one they request for
you to report
if you enable a feature manually using the --enable-xxxx
