I found two files:
TRT091120sala_sodre.rm (md5sum de1db405897d8c3453a4aa6b198ef055)
15:30, starts with a few seconds of music, then voice, decodes fine with -vc
ffsipr (did not try -vc rasipr), the file produced by mplayer -ao pcm plays fine
and is encoded fine with lame.

1.wav (md5sum e8e26bd13bd9d279be6f4f75d32b46c5)
15:05, starts with a different voice, encodes fine with lame

So, no, I cannot help and cannot reproduce a problem with your sample(s).

Please do not top-post on this list, it is considered rude.
And in case you didn't know, we are all volunteers, so a response time of over
12 hours should be expected.
