dvd playback with a lot more error messages

another observation: when playing a dumped stream, I don't get the
[mpeg2video @ 0xdc88e0]

lines, but now on DVD and dumped file I get the (recently introduced)

[ac3 @ 0xdc88e0]incomplete frame:  0.029  23/ 23  6%  1%  1.1% 0 0
[ac3 @ 0xdc88e0]invalid frame size

lines. The buzzing noise is still there.
