I tried: mplayer dvd://1 -dvd-device /dev/dvd And it didn't do anything. Default location for dvd device is /dev/ dvd, right? So playing the device causes whatever is in the drive to play, correct? I also tried: mplayer -dvd-device /media/[Name of DVD] dvd://1 Is there something I am missing?
