new Star Trek XI DVD won't play or save

i got some dvd where i got those garbage seconds at the beginning and
then the encoding was a-v desynced, so i found out the delay, used it,
and everything went ok.
but i did this on a dumped stream from the dvd, not from the dvd itself
maybe this could help, to dump the stream, than work on it
