channels.conf is irrelevant for your use case, it is only used to set up
the PID filter in the DVB kernel module - since you already captured it
is completely useless.
Apart from that a sample file would be useful, and you should try
setting -tsprobe to some higher value since such multi-channel TV
streams tend to be rather high bitrate.
